Do you think a prison of three and a half years or for that matter even life time of jail is justified for a women convicted with charges of killing nine of her own new born babies? The charge against her says that Sabine Hilschinz, 40 “regularly and routinely” murdered her babies.



I cannot imagine a mother doing such an horrendous act that too with her own babies. Mere reading that the remains of her babies were found buried in flowerpots, fish tank and garden is giving me goose bumps...how could she actually do that. Between 1992 and 1998, she has been charged with eight charges of manslaughter.



Matthias Schoeneburg, her defender puts forth that Hilschinz was under the effect of alcohol when she went into labor so was not aware of the birth of her babies, and her husband did not want any more babies after three.



But, is this enough a reason to mark an end to nine innocent lives? This is nothing but a clear cut means to get an escape from the charge, which the lady is simply unworthy of.
