
The other day I wrote about Connor McCreaddie, an eight-year-old boy, who weight around 196 pounds and was proposed to remove away from his family because of his obesity. Many of you like me were quite sad at the condition of the poor boy.
Also, his plight had prompted intense media interest in a country increasingly concerned about rising child obesity levels.
Now, the boy would not be taken away from his family at all. British social workers have passed the verdict according to which, the boy may stay with his parents, provided the parents establish a program that’ll help and safeguard the boy.
Hence, its sheer responsibility of the parents to give him a healthy life style so that he might not have to face such a situation later.
