Designers come up with some really weird yet cute designs from time to time. Look at this Witch get up. It is called Autumn Witch Tutu and includes a fluffy long pointed hat in green with a lower wear of bright orange and green pieces. It is made with the best hand techniques and is quite different. I wonder if it would come to any use other than the fancy shows.
