I don’t think any kind of ban on Junk food can do any amount of good to improve the situation, for kids are influenced by it so much so that they are ready to go to the extent of smuggling it when not allowed to buy it in school.
Yes, this is what is happening in schools in Scotland, where selling Junk food to kids is banned. To deal with the scene the kids are smuggling it and black-marketing it to their mates and thereby making some extra pocket money.
Not just this, even parents are showing their sense of irresponsibility by passing the supply of fizz drinks and junk foods to kids inside the school, which comes as a great shock to other parents who think their kids are having healthy food in schools.
