Apart from this , dummies are regarded as the next best option to reduce the risk of cot death to a great extent. This is because the dummy would not let the baby to go into a deep sleep.
No denying to the fact that, use of dummies lead to deformed teeth but still I think parents would definitely go for deformed teeth rather than SIDS.
