And to cater both, moms and babies, Austrian designer, Valentin Vodev has come up with Roller Buggy. This daul-purpose Roller Buggy stroller servers as a baby carriage and can also be transformed into a scooter by pulling off its lower body.
The sturdy Roller Buggy can be zipped on all kinds of terrain like streets or uneven path both as a stroller and a scooter. 
Made of aluminum, plastic and rubber, Roller Buggy has been designed keeping child safety in mind. It comes with child safety belt and a hydraulic brake system with two disk brakes. The only things that are to be taken care while using Roller Buggy are that the child should be not less than 1.5 years and the maximum speed limit of 15 kmph should not be broken.
