I cannot say much about the reason for the bias...may be that the designers were afraid of the mess men create while standing, so to avoid that, they design potties to teach them to pee while sitting...but for no use, for later on men do it while standing only for precisely entire life.



So, I think Peter Potty is one product that’s designed to cater to long term requirements for men are gonna be men...no matter what you try to teach them.



Jokes apart, Peter Potty has everything to teach little boys how to pee while standing and also to FLUSH...for this is what men never bother to learn. The urinal can be mounted to the wall (man, they are all set to give little boys the real feel of peeing in a public urinal)
