When you have a toddler at home, it becomes difficult to care for yourself. Your whole day is spend is looking after the little creature. Most of the times, women tend to forget their feet’s requirement.
Ann Marie Cominsky message therapist from New York City has put forward a few tips on pampering your feet.
1. Take a comfortable position on a chair, coat your left foot with some lotion and place it on your right knee.
2. Force down left thumb into middle of heel and release. Work your thumb down the length of foot, pressing and releasing, until you get to your toes. Go over the sides of your foot as well.
3. Rotate each of your toes individually for few minutes.
4. When you are done with foot, rotate your ankle in each direction for a little time.
5. Now repeat it with your right foot.
