The study is based on 12,000 kids aged between 19 months to 35 months. It concluded that kids whose mothers had less than a high school education were 16 % more likely to have received vaccinations than infants whose mothers had graduated college.

Well, it has been assumed that more education is directly linked with better health care access but here, the theory is completely differing.
