A study conducted by WHO says that a pregnant woman must drink at least four glasses of milk daily in order to reduce the risks of delivering premature babies or still born babies.
The national diet and nutrition survey, figured out that around 34 % of women between 19 and 24 in the UK do not drink milk...and this is simply shocking for this is precisely the age when a woman’s body requires the maximum amount of calcium, not just for the present but also for the future requirements.
So if you do not take milk then make sure you include a minimum of 1.2 gm of calcium in your diet in any form that you like.
