Yes, the Authorities in the state of Chihuahua are all set to come up with a new set of reglations, which will limit parents’ naming capabilities and force them to stick to traditional and appropriate names.
According to them, names like Lluvia, Azul, and Kevin are considered as improper, and they have asked the parents to use a Spanish middle name, in case they are opting for a foreign name for their baby.
