The researchers at the University of Warwick, London, have now vindicated the well-known method of Indian moms, which they often apply on their babies. Actually, researches have backed up the fact that gentle massage of babies may help them having profound sleep at night.

To reach this conclusion, researchers have gone through a study that covered about 598 babies. In addition, massage was found helpful in lowering the level of stress hormone called, cortisol and the kids who underwent massage regularly they cried less. The most important advantage of massage is that it strengthens the bonds between mother and baby.
