According to the National Police Agency, more than 30% of pornographic comics for adults depict sexual acts involving children.
Since, the minors have a little problem in accessing these kinds comics across the Internet so the authorities have asked the publishers and allied industries to take actions to help avoid such comics from being sold to them.
Last month, the agency collected 100 illustrations from about 9,000 pornographic comics and discovered that 30 included sexual acts with the minors.
Minors can buy these comics through Internet Web sites that do not authenticate the age of buyers. These comics also were available at the stores in nontransparent wrapping.
