Never let your kids compromise on sleep with precisely any aim...not even for studies. I know everybody know that sound sleep is extremely important for kids. But what most of us are unaware about is the fact that lack of sleep can trigger off obesity among kids.



Yes, as per a research conducted by Universite Laval’s Faculty of Medicine states that the less a child sleep, 3.5 times more susceptible he is to obesity.



Sleeping more adds less to obesity in comparison to sleeping less than the normal requirement does. I guess now we get the relation between the sudden rise in kids’ obesity and the current trend of late night parties and children’s preference of studying late at night.



Quite ironic, but still true that make your kid go to bed if you don’t want him to be a stuffed burger.
