So here’s how she did that...remember this is no suggestion or a guide to the mommies for the way that Britney chose for herself was not medically correct, due to the over-exertion involved plus for the fact that it was done without the supervision of any instructor or nutritionist, reports US Weekly’s Dina Sansing:

1. running on the treadmill every morning for an hour
2. lifting weights every evening for 45 minutes
3. eating six small balanced meals throughout the day instead of the traditional 3 , which keeps her blood sugar stable
4. replacing white flour with high fiber whole grains
5. playing fast music during her workouts
6. and breastfeeding which can burn 500 hundred calories a day (though we heard she was not breastfeeding)

One can say this is everything that’s a big no for a new mother, more importantly if she has delivered her baby through a C-section. The kind of physical labor that Britney was exposing herself too could’ve posed as a threat to her health. Luckily things went fine for her...but make sure you do not give a try to an attempt like this.
