Psychologists at Lancaster University are busy these days in finding out why some kids have problems in learning their language and speaking clearly.
They say that kids who can struggle to move their mouths easily as in doing activities like making faces or blowing bubbles or lick their lips learn to speak easily in comparison to those who have a rather stiff mouth.
They have not yet reached any concrete conclusion and are still in the process of research to give a final verdict. In the process they will concentrate on factors including the parent-kid interaction levels, the environment at home and also the parent’s education level.
