According to a research conducted by University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and the University of Washington, exposure to even small amounts (read 2-6 drinks per week) particularly in second trimester can affect the IQ levels of the baby.



This means you are not acting great by avoiding those booze parties and limiting your hard drinks intake, you need to put a complete halt to your drinking habits if you want your child to be healthy both physically as well as mentally.
