Penn State Researchers opine that Computer-based technology can possibly be the best way to help disabled children to earn and communicate in a better way. They say that laptop computers that combine features of both popular toys and technology work a great deal in shaping up disabled children’s skills.
“Kids learn and communicate through speech by trying out new words and forming sentences,” says Janice Light a distinguished professor of communication sciences and disorders at Penn State.
At the moment the systems a bit too complicated for kids but in future studies will involve infants and kids, and will come up with technology that will involve kids, will be appealing to them plus all the moire easy to learn and easy to operate.
